Viscoatex 560 是(shì)一支環保型丙烯(xī)酸堿溶脹增稠劑(ji)， 它不含甲醛， APEO，重金(jin)屬和🏃溶劑，适用于(yu)水性塗料，膠黏劑(ji)，密封膠等領域。Viscoatex 560 推(tuī)薦添加量： 0.1%~1.5%（供㊙️應形(xing)💘式）。

于(yu)拉毛塗料及造型(xing)塗料， 定型效果突(tu)出。VISCOATEX 560 推薦在加🌂入乳(ru)🛀液⛷️後添加，分散均(jun)勻後注意調整最(zui)終的 pH 值在 8.5~9.0 之間。 氫(qing)氧化鈉溶液、 氨水(shuǐ)或者有機胺等都(dou)可用作 pH 調節劑🧡。

貯(zhù)存
Viscoatex 560 會因結冰而發(fā)生不可逆的改變(bian)。其儲存溫度應爲(wèi) 5°C - 40°C，避免陽光直♍射，防(fang)止由氣候因素引(yǐn)起的品質下降。
打(dǎ)開包裝後，使用完(wán)畢應立即密封。在(zai)空氣中敞開，産品(pin)表🌂面會出現結皮(pi)。在上述條件下，産(chan)品應在交付後✍️ 6 個(ge)月内使用。
在容器(qì)的底部可能會出(chū)現輕微可見的分(fèn)層或沉澱，這⛹🏻‍♀️是正(zhèng)常的，不會影響産(chan)品的性能及技術(shù)指标。如有必要，過(guò)濾後使用。

Handling & Storage
It can be irreversibly altered by frost. It should be protected from the effects of weathering, stored between 5 and 40°C and protected from direct sun exposure. Once opened, packaging should be resealed immediately after use. In these conditions, this product should be used within 6 months from delivery.

Processing instructions
Supplied as a low viscosity liquid emulsion, VISCOATEX™ 560 is very easy to handle. No predissolution, elimination of lumps or warming is required. VISCOATEX™ 560 may be used either at the beginning of the formulation or in the pigment grinding or in the finished product to adjust the final viscosity. The pH of the formulated product must be controlled to obtain good performance and
reproducible viscosity.
