安美特Atotech新(xīn)品介紹——Adhemax NiLow無氨(ān)化學鎳添加(jiā)劑

Adhemax®NiLow – 用于塑料(liào)電鍍的無氨(an)化學鎳 Ammonia-free electroless nickel process for plating on plastics 高濃(nóng)度的氨氮是(shi)化學鎳廢水(shuǐ)難于處理的(de)重要原因之(zhi)一，氨氮超标(biāo)排放會對魚(yu)類等水生生(shēng)物造成毀滅(mie)性打擊，近年(nián)來國家對氨(ān)氮的排放限(xian)制愈發嚴格(ge)，中國電鍍排(pai)放标準中對(dui)氨氮的排放(fàng)上限已經降(jiàng)至 8 ppm。 High concentration of ammonia & nitrogen is very difficult to be treated in EN wastewater, and its excessive emission will cause devastating strikes to aquatic organisms. Therefore, the restriction on ammonia & nitrogen emission becomes much stricter worldwide in recent years. The upper limit of ammonia & nitrogen in Chinese Emission Standards for electro-plating has been reduced to 8 ppm. 氨氮作爲(wei)化學鎳的重(zhong)要組分之一(yī)，具備絡合、穩(wěn)定和緩沖的(de)作用，性能優(you)異，幾乎無可(kě)取代。 “隻要做(zuo)塑料電鍍，就(jiu)難以繞開化(huà)學鎳；隻要用(yong)化學鎳，就難(nan)以回避氨氮(dan)問題。” 長久以(yi)來，這個矛盾(dun)都看似無法(fa)調和。 As one of the important components of electroless nickel, ammonia is almost irreplaceable with its ability of excellent complexing, stabilizing and buffering. ‘Electroless nickel could not be avoided when plating on plastics, while ammonia could not be avoided when using electroless nickel.’ This conflict seems inevitable for a long time. Adhemax®NiLow無氨化(hua)學鎳工藝是(shì)安美特NiLow系列(lie)最新的研發(fā)成果，至今已(yi)在全球多個(gè)國家實現工(gōng)業化應用，在(zai)中國某家大(dà)型汽車配件(jian)供應商實現(xiàn)量産，用于ABS和(he)ABS/PC素材，其優良(liang)的穩定性和(hé)可靠性得到(dao)了客戶的認(ren)可。 Adhemax®NiLow is the latest improved version on basis of Atotech NiLow series and has been used in many countries worldwide. In China, Adhemax® NiLow has gone into mass production successfully in a large automotive supplier and its stability and reliability for ABS and ABS/PC was highly praised by customer. 安美特Adhemax®NiLow用(yong)于塑料的無(wú)氨化學鎳的(de)主要特點如(rú)下： 1. 高穩定性(xìng)，可以24小時連(lián)續生産； 2. 整個(ge)使用周期氨(ān)氮排放爲0； 3. 應(ying)用于ABS和ABS/PC素材(cái)； 4. 不含氨氮，不(bu)含鉛，不含硼(peng)酸； 5. 易于操作(zuò)和控制，操作(zuo)溫度30-40℃。 Atotech Adhemax®NiLow is an ammonia free electroless nickel for plating of plastics, the main features are as below: 1. High stability, suitable for continuously production. 2. Zero emission of ammonia & nitrogen. 3. Suitable for ABS and ABS/PC materials. 4. Free of ammonia & nitrogen, lead and boric acid. 5. Easy to operate and control, can be used at low temperature (30-40℃).

國(guó)産ArF光刻膠已(yi)有3家企業實(shi)現實質性的(de)技術突破

國(guo)内半導體光(guāng)刻膠布局及(ji)生産企業總(zǒng)計約有14家，真(zhēn)正實現了批(pi)量供應的企(qǐ)業不足7家，且(qie)主要集中在(zai)紫外負膠/正(zhèng)膠、i/g線光刻膠(jiāo)，如：北京科華(huá)、蘇州瑞紅、濰(wéi)坊星泰克、艾(ai)森半導體、江(jiāng)蘇漢拓等。而(er)高端的KrF光刻(ke)膠國産化率(lǜ)不足1%，能夠實(shí)現産品供應(yīng)的有：北京科(kē)華、福建泓光(guāng)半導體、江蘇(su)漢拓、上海新(xīn)陽等。在技術(shù)附加值更高(gāo)的ArF光刻膠産(chan)品上，目前國(guo)内還未能真(zhen)正實現規模(mo)化量産訂單(dān)供應，就數甯(níng)波南大光電(diàn)、博康旗下漢(han)拓光學以及(jí)廣州微納光(guāng)刻材料在ArF光(guāng)刻膠産品上(shàng)有實質性的(de)技術突破。
